Interaktionen wurden der wissenschaftlichen Literatur entnommen. Eine Interaktionsmonographie läßt sich in
eine Schnellinformation, einen Textteil und einen Stoffteil unterteilen. Die Schnellinformation beinhaltet die
interagierenden Gruppen, die Bedeutung der Interaktion (schwerwiegend, mittelschwer, geringfügig,
unbedeutend, Fremdangaben), den Typ der Interaktion (z.B. pharmakodynamische Interaktion) und eine kurze
Beschreibung des Effektes.

This databse contains 434 interaction monographies compiled by ABDA in cooperation with the Department of
Science of the Swiss Pharmacologists Association. All information concerning the individual interactions are
taken from scientific literature. The interaction monographies can be subdivided into easily-accessible

groups, evaluation of the interactions (hazardous, medium, low, negligable, information from other sources),
